Resurrection Rolls
1 pkg. frozen rolls, thawed
25 large marshmallows
1/4 Cup melted butter or margarine
6 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Press each piece of dough to flaten.
Place a marshmallow in the center of each roll. Pinch dough around it
and roll into balls.
Mix together cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Roll each ball first
in butter then in cinnamon sugar.
Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise for 30 to 45
minutes. Bake rolls for 15 minutes until golden.
Just like Jesus' tomb on Easter morning, these rolls are empty inside!
