Wootie's Rolls
Mix together and let stand until cool:
1 cup shortening
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup All-Bran cereal
1 cup boiling water
2 pkg. yeast
1 cup lukewarm water
1 tsp salt
2 eggs beaten
5 1/2 cups flour
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and add to the cooled mixture.
Add salt and eggs and gradually stir in 5-1/2 cups flour.
Dough will be very moist.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Make into rolls or just roll into 2 inch balls and place in greased
muffin tins.
Let rise for 2 to 3 hours. Bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes.
No need to knead. Dough keeps in the refrigerator for up to a week.
