STRAWBERRY BREAD
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1-2 c. sugar
20 oz. frozen strawberries
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. oil
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix dry ingredients. Make a hole in center.
In separate bowl, mix
remaining ingredients and pour into dry mixture.
Stir until moist and pour into greased pans.
Use 2 regular loaf pans or 4 small loaf pans.
Bake for 1 hour.
STRAWBERRY BUTTER:
1 1/2 sticks softened butter
8 fresh ripe strawberries
