Cornbread Dressing

1 recipe cornbread dressing that is not sweet (made the day before)
1 large bag Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
1 large green bell pepper
1 large red bell pepper
3 large stalks celery
1 large onion
2 heaping tablespoons sage
1 heaping tablespoon poultry seasoning
1 egg, well beaten
1 stick butter, melted
2 cups broth
salt and pepper, to taste

Break up cornbread in large bowl.
Add Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing. Dice the vegetables, and add to bowl. If you use a very large dice, you may saute slightly. Toss well, all ingredients in bowl. Add egg, butter, broth, salt and pepper. Add some water if needed for the right texture. You want the dressing to be "sloppy" but not runny.

Pour in 9x13 Pyrex dish or 2 smaller dishes, sealing with Saran Wrap and then covering with foil. Bake in preheated 375* oven until golden brown and bubbly around the edges. Usually around 30 minutes. Just remember not to over-mix.
