Crock Pot Stuffing 
1 cup butter 
2 cups chopped celery 
1/4 cup parsley sprigs 
2 (8 oz.) cans of mushrooms 
12-13 cups slightly dry bread crumbs 
1/2 tsp. marjoram 
3-1/2 to 4-1/2 cups chicken or turkey broth 
2 well beaten eggs 
1 tsp. poultry seasoning 
1 1/2 tsp. salt 
1 1/2 tsp. sage 
1 tsp. dried thyme 
1/2 tsp. pepper 
1 lb. browned sausage 
1/2 apple (cubed) 
Melt butter in skillet and saute onion, celery, parsley and mushrooms. Pour over bread cubes in a very large mixing bowl. Add sausage, apple and all seasonings. Toss together well. Pour in enough broth to moisten - add beaten eggs and mix together well. Pack lightly into crock pot. Cover and cook on HIGH for 45 minutes, then cook on LOW for 4-8 hours.
