Source: Husband's grandmother Mimi's Stuffing
1 loaf white bread, toasted and cubed
1 stick butter
1 cup celery
1 cup onion
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbs. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbs. poultry seasoning
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
Preheat oven to 350.
Saute celery and onions in butter for about 10 minutes. Add salt, parsley, pepper and poultry seasoning. Combine with bread cubes and add soups. Bake in a pan for 1 hour.
