Amish Cinnamon Bread
Do not refrigerate and only use a wooden spoon to stir with. Keep covered.

Day 1, Receive Starter
Day 2 – 4, Stir
Day 5, Add 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour and 1 cup of milk
Day 6 – 7, Stir
Day 8 – 9 Do nothing
Day 10, Add 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour and 1 cup of milk. Mix with an electric mixer, then take out 3, 1 cup starts. Put into 3 different bowls for new starts.

To remaining starter, add and mix one at a time:
1 cup Oil
4 Eggs
2 tea. Vanilla
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Flour
2 tea. Cinnamon
1 tea. Baking powder
1 tea. Baking soda
1 large pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding


Mix well; grease a Bundt pan, sprinkle with sugar instead of flour. Bake at 350 for 50 – 55 minutes. Cool for 10 –15 minutes then invert to plate.

This next part is optional; mix 4 tab. hot milk with 1 tea. vanilla, 1 cup powdered sugar.
Drizzle over warm bread.
