1 Teaspoon Milk
1/2 Pound Butter
1 Cup Hot Milk
2 Eggs
1 Egg Yolk
4 Cups Flour -- HEAPING
1 Egg Whites
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/2 Stick Melted Butter
Cinnamon
Sugar
1 Bag Mini Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup cocoa

CRUMBLE YEAST CAKES WITH 1/2 CUP SUGAR AND 1 TSP MILK MELT 1/2 POUND BUTTER, ADD HOT MILK AND BEAT TIL WARM BEAT 2 EGGS AND 1 EGG YOLK (SAVE WHITE). ADD TO BUTTER & MILK MIXTURE. ADD YEAST MIXTURE AND POUR OVER 4 HEAPING CUPS OF FLOUR. MIX WELL. COVER AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT

BEAT EGG WHITE TIL STIFF. ADD 1/3 SUGAR. DIVIDE DOUGH IN HALF - ROLL INTO 2 RECTANGLES. ONE AT A TIME. SPREAD MELTED BUTTER OVER DOUGH. SPRINKLE WITH CINNAMON AND SUGAR, AND SPRINKLE ON MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS that have been mixed with
the cocoa.. ROLL LENGTHWISE.

GREASE TUBE PAN AND PUT IN ONE ROLL. SPREAD EGG WHITE MIXTURE AROUND. MAKE SECOND ROLL AND PUT ON TOP OF EGG WHITE. COVER WITH TOWEL IN WARM PLACE FOR 1 HOUR BEFORE BAKING. BAKE 35O° FOR 1 HOUR
