Banana Bread
1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 C. oil (or applesauce)
3 to 5 ripe mashed bananas
1 C. chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix mashed bananas with eggs, oil or applesauce, cake mix and nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pan. bake for approximately 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
