BLUEBERRY LEMON POPPYSEED BREAD

Preheat oven to 375.

1 box Betty Crocker Sunkist Lemon Poppy Seed Premium Muffin Mix
1 box Betty Crocker Double Blueberry muffin mix and mix

Mix the two boxes together adding ALL ingredients listed on BOTH boxes. Use the recipe for making bread and not muffins.

Pour in 2 greased 8 inch loaf pans and bake for 40 to 55 minutes; until they test done.

Meanwhile:
Make a glaze out of powdered sugar and fresh lemon juice. Microwave for 30 seconds or so and stir. Poke hot loaves all over with a wooden skewer and pour hot glaze over the top.

Cool in pans for 30 minutes or so before removing.

**Notes: Lemon zest can be added to the bread mix or the glaze for extra flavor.
