Dough:

3/4 cup warm milk
1 egg
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, or to taste, optional
2 tablespoons Dutch-process cocoa
2 1/2 cups bread or all-purpose flour
1 heaping teaspoon rapid or quick yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)

Fillings

Margarine, softened (enough to spread lightly over prepared dough)
Your choice of: cinnamon-sugar mixtue, chopped nuts, chocolate, white chocolate pieces or peanut butter chips.

Use dough cycle of bread machine, adding dough ingredients according to manufacturer's directions.

Remove when cycle is completed.

If dough is too sticky, knead in just a little flour - maybe just some on your hands.

Roll dough into a rectangle.

Spread with margarine and sprinkle with your choice of fillings.

Roll up from long end, cut into 12 equal pieces and place cut-side down in a greased pan.

Cover and let rise until almost doubled.

Preheat oven to 350.

Bake for about 15 minutes.

Note: Dough can also be formed into 12 equal balls.

Stuff each one with a Hersheys Kiss.

Pinch to seal and place in a greased muffin tin.

Allow to rise and bake as above.
