16 slices de-crusted bread
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons sugar
Spread mixture of vanilla, egg, cream cheese and sugar on each bread slice. Roll up as for jelly roll. Dip each roll into melted margarine and then into mixture of cinnamon and the 1 cup sugar. Place rolls on cookie sheet, cover with foil and freeze for 2 to 3 hours.
When firm, slice rolls into bite size pieces about 5 to a roll. You may either roll in foil paper and refreeze to use later or heat at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. We turn ours over after 10 minutes when they are brown on both sides. Watch carefully.
