Sweet Bread Pineapple Apricot

PINEAPPLE APRICOT BREAD

2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. margarine, melted
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
1/3 c. chopped dried apricots
1/4 c. raisins
1 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine first 4 ingredients and set aside. Combine next 3 and beat well; add milk and fruits and beat well.

Finally, stir in flour mixture and pecans.

Pour mixture in greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Cool 10 minutes in pan on wire rack before removing.
