Sensational Strawberry Bread
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. oil
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all dry ingredients. Add oil and egg. Mix thoroughly.
Fold in strawberries and nuts. Pour into greased 8 cup loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for 55-60 min. Let loaf stand overnight before slicing.
