2 Cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 TBLS. lard
3/4 Cup lukewarm water
Mix dry ingredients, then cut in lard. Add water. Form into 6" balls and press (or roll very thin).
Bake on a hot griddle until brown spots form, or deep fry for 4 minutes.
