Bacon Glazed

Glazed Bacon

1 lb. bacon
1 c. brown sugar


Preheat oven to 400° F.

Place brown sugar in brown paper bag.

Separate bacon slices and cut in half.

Take 3 or 4 slices at a time and place in bag with sugar; shake well and put bacon slices on a cookie sheet.

Bake for 5 or 10 minutes or until browned.

Remove to waxed paper and cool.

Can be stored for several days in a cool place.

Note: Before serving, reheat if desired.
