Breakfast Casserole
6 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. hot sausage, cooked and drained
1 c. sharp cheddar, grated
2 c. milk
6 eggs, slightly beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1 t. dry mustard
Preheat oven to 350.
Cover bottom of large casserole dish with bread.
Then layer as follows: sausage then cheese.
Combine eggs, milk and spices
together. Pour over cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 for 45 min.
