Casserole Brunch Dish

Brunch Dish

1 lb ham or canadian bacon (chopped or sliced thin)
2 cups swiss cheese
8 eggs
1 to 1/2 cups cream

Preheat oven to 450.

Line a shallow 8x13 glass dish with ham or Canadian Bacon.

Top with a layer of Swiss cheese.

Break eggs over the top of that being careful not to break the yolks.

Drizzle cream over eggs until yolks just peek through. Bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 10 minutes more. Cut in squares to serve.
