Brunch Eggs Casserole

6 T. butter
6 T. flour
2 c. milk
8 oz. Cheese Whiz
8 oz. sour cream
16 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 lb. bacon, crisply fried and crumbled

Preheat oven to 375.

Make a white sauce by melting butter and stirring in flour. When the flour and butter are blended, gradually stir in milk.

Cook until slightly thickened. Add Cheese Whiz and sour cream.

Layer eggs, sauce, and bacon in dish.

Bake covered for for about 25 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 10 minutes.

Serves 14 to 16.

You could serve this over English muffin halves.

May be made ahead and refrigerated.
