Corned Beef Hash
2 15 oz cans Corned Beef
4 potatoes;finely chopped
1 cup onion; chopped
Salt & Pepper
Put all ingredients in fry pan coated with cooking spray & cook
(stirring occasionally) until potatoes are soft.
