COMPANY EGGS FOR BREAKFAST

8 slices of bread with crusts removed
8 slices American cheese
7 eggs
3 c milk
1 lb cooked drained sausage, ham or bacon, crumbled or diced

Preheat oven to 325.

Arrange heavily buttered bread in 9 x 13 pan - butter side of bread should be up.

Place 1 slice of cheese on each piece of bread.

Beat eggs and milk. Pour over bread and cheese, sprinkle on meat of choice.

Refrigerate overnight. Bake for 55 minutes or until eggs are set and kife comes out clean.

Let stand 10 minutes before serving. 8 to 12 servings.
