Eggs in a "Hole"
eggs
bread
salt and pepper
butter
Method:
Lightly butter a small frying pan (or use a non-stick pan.
Cut a "hole" in a bread slice (a juice glass makes a perfectly sized hole)
Put an egg into the hole add salt and pepper to taste and cook "sunny-side
up"
