5 eggs seperated
1 tsp salt
1 cup cold water
parev marg for frying
1 cup matzoh meal
Beat egg yolks, salt and water with a fork. Stir in matzoh meal.
Beat egg whites stifly with a pinch of salt.
Add matzoh meal mixture and fold in with a metal spoon.
Fry in butter until golden brown turning once.
Drain on absorbent paper in warming oven.
Serve hot with warmed syrup, jam and for a milchik version, butter and cream
