Company French Toast
1/2 cup of Margarine
1 1/2 cups of Brown sugar
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
8-12 slices of Good quality wheat bread (according to the size of the bread; use as many as you can fit in the pan)
Pinch of Salt
1 3/4-2 cups of Milk
Melt margarine in 9x13 pan; add brown sugar and cinnamon. Lay bread slices on top
Beat eggs and salt then add milk. Pour over bread. Cover and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
Uncover in morning; preheat oven to 350° F. Bake for 45 minutes. Cut into squares; turn upside down on plate so syrup's on top
**Let stand a couple of minutes before turning out.
