Ranch House Sour Cream Pancakes 
4 eggs 
1 1/2 cups sour cream 
1/2 cup milk 
1/2 cup regular flour 
1/8 cup wheat germ 
1/4 cup whole wheat flour 
1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats 
1 teaspoon baking soda 
1/2 teaspoon salt 
1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and beat with a wooden spoon until
 well mixed. 
2. Cook one-quarter-cup amounts on a hot greased griddle until bubbles 
form on the top of each; turn and brown the other side. Yield 12-16
