ROBIN'S NEST PANCAKES
2 c Bisquick
1 c Buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c chopped peaches (used canned if you want)
1 tbsp Peach Schnapps
Throw all of this into the blender or processor & let 'er go!
Pour into griddle 'till bubbly then flip.
Sprinkle powdered sugar over them through a sieve to make them
pretty & serve with warm syrup.
