Pizza Breakfast Bake

Breakfast Bake

2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. dill weed butter
1 can Hormel ham
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. chives

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix together the Bisquick and milk; pat in bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

Saute in butter the onion with dill weed.

Add Hormel ham and tomato. Spread over Bisquick mixture; add Cheddar cheese and 3 eggs (beaten until fluffy).

Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons chives.

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
