Ham and Egg Biscuit Pizza

2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1 stick sweet butter

Filling:
2 cups monterey jack cheese
6 eggs
2 each red, green, yellow bell peppers julienned
1 onion julienned
1 cup diced ham (can use sausage)
1 T butter

Preheat oven to 425.

Saute onions and peppers in butter until Tender.

Remove from heat. Put in freezer to slow the cooking process.

Combine the flour baking powder, salt and butter and mix until it resembles course meal.

Add in Milk and mix. Knead on lightly floured surface.

Roll out dough to form a 6" diameter shell.

Make a well in the center of the shell for the eggs.

Around the edges of the pizza shell place the cooked peppers and onions... top with ham and then with cheese.

Crack and put eggs in the center.

Bake until egg yolks are set; approximately 25 min.
