Bacon Biscuit Quiche Cups
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 T milk
2 oz shredded Swiss cheese (½ cup)
2 T chopped green onions
10 oz can hungry jack refrigerated biscuits
5 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
Heat oven to 375º. Grease 10 muffin cups.
Beat cream cheese, milk and eggs on low speed till smooth.
Stir in Swiss cheese and green onions. Set aside.
Separate dough in 10 biscuits and place 1 biscuit in each greased muffin cup.
Firmly press in bottom and up sides forming 1/4 in. rim.
Place 1/2 of bacon in bottom of dough-lined muffin cups.
Spoon 2 T cheese mix over bacon in cups.
Bake 21-26 min. or till filling is set and edges of biscuits are golden brown.
Sprinkle each with remaining bacon and lightly press in filling.
