Quiche Lorraine

6 Eggs
1 C Heavy Cream
1 C Light Cream
Dash Nutmeg
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
4 Oz Sliced Swiss Cheese
8 Slices Bacon -- Cooked Crisp
1 C Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 Prebaked Pie Shell

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine eggs, cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Beat until blended.

Arrange Swiss cheese over bottom of shell.

Crumble bacon over cheese. sprinkle Monterey jack cheese over bacon.

Pour egg mixture into pie shell over cheese.

Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set. Cool 10 minutes begore cutting.
