1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
1 tbsp flour
1 1/2 c swiss cheese chunks
3 eggs
1 c milk
1/4 tsp dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
4 slices bacon
1 small onion, minced
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp white wine

Preheat oven to 375.

Cook bacon until crisp. Saute onion in bacon drippings and drain.

Dredge swiss cheese chunks with flour.

Sprinkle bacon, onion, and swiss cheese over bottom of pie shell.

Beat eggs with milk and seasonings; add wine.

Pour liquid mixture into pie shell.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake 30 minutes.
