SIMPLE QUICHE
1 c chopped turkey, chicken, or ham
1 3 oz can sliced mushrooms
3/4 c shredded cheese of your choice
1 10 oz can creamed shrimp
1/4 c milk
4 slightly beaten eggs
1 9 inch pie shell
Preheat oven to 375.
Arrange meat and mushrooms in pie shell. Sprinkle with cheese.
Heat creamed shrimp and milk to boiling, stirring
constantly.
Stir in eggs gradually. Pour over cheese and meat.
Bake for 40 to 45 min.
