1/2 10oz pkge frozen spinach, thawed
1/4 lp Gruyere cheese, shredded
1 cp half-and-half
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 400.
Place the spinach in pastry shell; top with cheese.
Beat eggs and half-and-half in a bowl until well mixed and pour over
spinach and cheese.
Baked for 25 min.
