Quiche
4 eggs
1/2 cup bisquick
1 1/2 cups milk
1 pkg. pepperoni - cut into pieces
4 oz. sour cream

swiss cheese - shredded
1 pie crust -unbaked
Preheat oven to 350.
Put pepperoni & cheese in bottom of a pie crust.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a mixer for 1 1/2 min.
Pour into the pie crust.
Bake for 1 hour.
