Sandwiches Brix Bread

Brix Bread

1/2 cup butter
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
1 loaf French bread, 16 ozs., sliced but not all way through
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 bunch green onions, chopped
4 ounces swiss cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350.

Heat butter, mustard and poppy seeds. Spoon mixture between bread sections.

Sprinkle bacon, green onions and cheese between bread sections.

Wrap in foil and bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes.
