Ham or Sausage or Bacon Cheese Souffle

16 slices of bread, cubed
16 slices of ham,OR one pound of bacon, OR 16 oz of pork sausge. Bacon and sausage
should be cooked and ham should be cubed.
2 cups (8 oz)shredded chedder cheese
2 cups (8 oz)shredded swiss cheese
6 eggs beaten ( or egg beaters)
3 cups milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
2 1/2 Cup crushed cornflakes
1/3 cup butter, melted

In a greased 13X9 baking dish, layer half the bread,whatever meat you use, cheese. Repeat.

Combine the eggs,milk, mustard, and onion salt.

Pour evenly over layered mix. Cover and refridgerate over night.

Take out of refridgeror next morning at least 1/2 hour before baking.

Combine the cornflakes and melted butter and sprinkle over top.

Bake 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until hot an bubbly (may take longer)

Serves 8 to 10.
