Creole Pork Chops
4 pork chops
Salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. fat
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. flour
1/3 cup catsup
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
Preheat oven to 325.
Sprinkle chops lightly with salt and pepper. Brown on both
sides in fat. Remove chops to baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
Bake in slow 325* oven for 1 1/2 hours.
Turn chops after first hour.
