Cake Banana Cream Cake

BANANA CREAM CAKE

1 pkg. Duncan Hines banana supreme cake mix
3 Tbsp. oil
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
1-1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 medium banana

Reserve 1 cup of dry cake mix. In large mixing bowl, combine remaining cake mix, 1 egg, oil and 1/3 cup brown sugar (mixture will be crumbly).

Press crust mixture evenly into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Arrange banana slices on crust.

In same bowl, blend cheese and1/2 cup brown sugar. Add 3 eggs and reserved cake mix, beat 1 minute at medium speed.

At low speed, slowly add milk and lemon juice, mix until smooth. Pour into crust and bake in a 300 degrees preheated oven for 45 to 55 minutes.

When cake is cool, spread with Cool Whip and refrigerate.
