Cake Black Velvet Chocolate

Black Velvet Chocolate Cake

1 1/2 c. sliced almonds, slightly toasted
12 oz. mini chocolate chips
1 Devil's food cake mix
1 instant chocolate pudding mix (3 1/2 oz)
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4-1/2 c. Kahlua

Sprinkle 1/2 c. almonds on bottom of greased bundt pan. Set aside rest of almonds and chocolate chips. Combine
remaining ingredients in mixer bowl.

Fold in almonds and chocolate chips, then pour into bundt pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 60-70 minutes. Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan. Puncture cake with long tined fork (all over).

Place cake back into pan and drizzle with Kahlua. Place on serving plate.

*****This is wonderful served slightly warmed up with Cookies & Cream ice cream.
