Butterscotch Chips Cake

1 Yellow Cake Mix (2 layer size)
1 can Butterscotch Pudding (15.75 ounce)
2 eggs
1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar
6 oz. butterscotch chips


Preheat oven to temp. suggested on cake mix box and grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Mix the above by hand, do not beat. Sprinkle batter with 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar. Then sprinkle with 6 ounces butterscotch chips.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Delicious and so easy to make. Can add chopped nuts to batter if desired. Can make this in many different flavors.
