Chocolate Cake
3 cups flour
2 cups white sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons vinegar
2/3 cup vegetable or canola oil
2 cups water
Preheat oven to 350° and grease and flour two cake pans.
Sift dry ingredients into large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. With
electric mixer, beat until smooth.
Pour into two greased and floured pans and bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes. Cool before removing from pans.
