Chocolate Crazy Cake
3 cups flour
2 cups white sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons vinegar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cups water
Preheat oven to 350.
Sift dry ingredients into large bowl. Add remaining ingredients.
With electric mixer, beat until smooth.
Pour into two greased and floured pans and bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes.
Cool before removing from pans.
* TIP: Stir together a little cocoa and flour and use this mixture to flour pans (no more white stuff on cake!).
