Chocolate Eclair Cake
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter (or marg)
1 cup flour
4 eggs

Heat water and butter to boil, stir in flour while over heat, until ball forms, and remove from heat. Add eggs and
beat until smooth. Spread in lightly greased jelly roll pan. Bake 400 30-35 minutes or until nicely browned. Large
bubbles form in dough. Let cool and carefully push down.

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 large pkg vanilla instant pudding (prepared as directed)
1 large container of cool Whip
Hershey's Chocolate syrup

Cream, cream cheese until smooth, mix with 1 pkg prepared instant pudding. Spread over dough, spread cool whip over this and then drizzle choc syrup over. Chill and enjoy.
