Chocolate Cake-
1 1/2 c flour
1/4 c granulated fructose
1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 c milk
2/3 c oil
2 eggs
Combine all ingredients in large bowl & beat just until blended. Pour into well greased & floured 13 X 9 pan. Bake
at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until tests done.
Butter Frosting-
2 c milk
5 Tbsp flour
1/3 c butter
1/3 c granulated sugar replacement or fructose
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 egg white (beaten stiff)
Combine milk & flour in saucepan. Cook & stir over low heat until thickened. Cool completely. Combine butter, sugar
replacement and vanilla in bowl, beating until fluffy. Add sauce mixture & beat until consistency of whipped cream. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
