CRAZY CAKE
3 cups flour,
6 tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoon vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cup cold water or coffee
Preheat ovento 350°f.
In medium sized bowl, measure all tdry ingredients, stir them with a whisk, until each loses it identity.
Pour in all the wet ingredients and whisk together. There may be some lumps of flour so pour it through a sieve into
a 9x13x3 pan. No you don't have to grease it.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until it tests done. This makes great cup cakes as well, I just don't remember how long I baked them.
You may want sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar. 1/3 cupsugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
