Double Chocolate Chip Cake

1 pkg extra moist devil’s food cake mix (Duncan Hines, Betty Crocker, etc)
1 (4 oz) box instant chocolate pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c warm water
1/2 c oil
1 c sour cream
12 oz bag chocolate chips
Blend all ingredients except chips with a hand mixer for 4 minutes at medium speed. Add 1/3 of the bag of chips to the batter and stir to incorporate. Pour 1/2 of the batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of the remaining bag of chips on the top of the batter in the pan. Pour the rest of the batter into the pan. Sprinkle the rest of the bag of chips to the top of the pan. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees F. Allow to cool completely before unmolding. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
