Frances' Pistachio Cake
Source of Recipe: My mother in law
4 eggs
1/2 c oil
1 c club soda
1 pkg yellow cake mix
l (4 serving size) pkg pistachio pudding
1/2 c chopped fine pistachio nuts
Frosting:
1 c milk
1 (4 serving size) pkg pistachio pudding
1 pint heavy cream or small cool whip
Cake: Beat for 4 minutes the eggs and oil. Add the club soda. Add the cake , 1 pkg of the pudding mix, the nuts to egg, oil, soda mixture. Beat well. Pour into 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
Frosting: Beat together milk, pudding mix. Add the heavy cream or small cool whip into the pudding mixture. Frost the cooled cake.
