Fruitti Cream Cake
1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1 2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/3 cup crushed pineapple
1/3 cup flaked coconut
1/3 cup maraschino cherries, sliced
1/3 cup mashed bananas
1/3 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sour cream
3 cup cake flour, sifted
3/4 cup shortening
4 eggs
4 tsp. baking powder
Sift first 4 ingredients; cream shortening with dry ingredients. Add sugar, sour cream, coconut, cherries, pineapple, and mashed bananas.
Beat in one egg at a time; mix thoroughly. Add flour alternately with milk; beat until smooth. Turn into a well greased tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
