Gooey Butter Cake
1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 stick butter (4 ounces), melted
1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 box (16 ounces) powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Additional powdered sugar (optional)
Combine cake mix, 2 eggs, and butter and press into a 9 x 13 pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over first mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes watching carefully. Cool and sprinkle with additional powdered sugar, if desired!
