Heath Bar Bundt Cake
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
6 (5/8 oz.) Heath Bars, coarsely chopped
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
Combine 1/4 cup sugar with cinnamon and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, 1/2 cup softened butter, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla, eggs and sour cream. Blend at low speed until moistened, then at medium speed for 3 minutes. Spoon 1/2 batter into pan. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cinnamon-sugar mixture. Spoon remaining batter into pan. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture. Top with nuts and candy. Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over batter.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Remove from pan to finish cooling. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
